Position: Assistant General Manager OEM
About: Extended Stay America Pueblo is looking for a dedicated individual to ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments. As the global leader in third-party hotel management, Extended Stay America Pueblo forms part of a growing portfolio representing over 1,550 hotels in all 50 states and 22 countries, catering to various lodging brands and hotel types.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department in a Hotel; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a Hotel; or a 2-year college degree and at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a Hotel. Previous supervisory experience required; proficiency in Windows Operating Systems; ability to make quick and accurate decisions, work well in high-pressure situations, handle problems effectively, understand financial information, convey information clearly. Must comply with certification requirements for Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
