Position: Assistant General Manager – Kitchen+Bar

About: Drury Hotels, a family-owned and operated hotel chain with over 150 hotels in 26 states, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to manage the Hotel Kitchen+Bar at both Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake and Arrowood in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills across all hotel operations for career growth within Drury Hotels.

Requirements: Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred; minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success; hotel-specific experiences preferred with a food & beverage focus or casual dining management experience; ability to elevate the guest experience, role model best practices, deliver key business measures, demonstrate strong critical thinking, adapt to fast-paced environments, and show dedication to continuous improvement
