Position: Assistant General Manager – Gordon Ramsay Burger (Planet Hollywood LV)
About: The Assistant General Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant General Manager with the overall activities of the restaurant operation, including prep and service. The role involves managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant in accordance with established policies and procedures, participating in operation calls and site visits, ensuring the outlet meets brand standards, establishing and administering training programs within the restaurant, interviewing and hiring team members, fostering team member commitment to providing exceptional service, and maintaining an efficient program of scheduling to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous work in a high caliber chef-driven property; work in a high-volume establishment with the highest of standards and food and beverage knowledge; ability to compile, compute, and analyze pertinent data needed for reports; flexibility to work various shifts; knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Windows, LMS
