Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of prior relevant experience; Experience managing FOH employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Experience in a high volume restaurant or fine dining/quick service restaurant; Experience working with multiple Food and Beverage concepts
