Position: Assistant General Manager – Fairfield
About: Sally’s Apizza has been crafting New Haven Style Apizza since 1938 and is now expanding across the United States. Known for its distinctive tomato sauce, chewy-crispy crust, and iconic oven-kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans worldwide by hand-crafting authentic pizza in custom-designed ovens using original recipes, with a mission to make great pizza accessible to all.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations; experience in a high-volume setting; ability to work 8-10 hours per day on your feet; open availability including holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas); basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of programs; previous management experience required; strong financial acumen and command of a P&L; ServeSafe Certified; strong computer skills preferred (Microsoft Office, Brink, 7Shifts POS); ability to lift up to 50lbs; shift flexibility including day and evening shifts; hands-on engagement in restaurant operations required.
