Requirements: 4 years’ experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment is required; strong leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns; solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations; social media savvy; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities; proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software
