Position: Assistant General Manager (Bojangles)
About: Las Vegas Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) to play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of a Bojangles restaurant in Las Vegas. The Assistant General Manager will work closely under the General Manager’s direction, contributing to team management, operational standards maintenance, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant or management experience, preferably 1-3 years; experience in leadership or supervisory roles is a plus; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time-management skills; college degree or relevant coursework may be preferred; ability to stand for long periods, lift items up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment; availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
