They are seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the GM to ensure smooth daily operations, keep costs in check, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or convenience store is a plus); restaurant general manager experience preferred; positive vibes, strong organizational skills, and a passion for great food and service; high volume drive-thru operations experience; a valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
