Position: Assistant General Manager – Amtrak

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience managing an operations team; key experience in customer service leadership, foodservice or route sales operations, performance management, and training; Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification; strong client interaction, communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and proficient computer skills; ability to work efficiently and independently; familiarity with inventory control procedures and perishable products; industry background in vending, food service, route distribution, retail; ability to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation
