Position: Assistant General Manager AGM
About: Wingstop, a popular restaurant chain known for its flavorful wings, is seeking dedicated leaders to join their team. The ideal General Managers and Assistant General Managers play a crucial role in providing strategic and tactical leadership to ensure operational success, sales growth, and team development in the restaurant. Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or GED required; some college preferred; must be 18 years of age or older; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly; 2+ years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience; proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements; demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members; knowledge of labor laws; strong written and verbal communication skills; initiative, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills; strong leadership skills to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse team; ability to work 50-60 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; problem-solving and goal-setting abilities; willingness to accept feedback and improve; ability to measure performance and cultivate a positive restaurant culture; ambassador of the brand’s mission to Serve the World Flavor
