Requirements: At least 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Long hours sometimes required; Warm and friendly demeanor; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines; Excellent problem-solving and listening skills; Attendance at required meetings and trainings; Compliance with grooming and appearance standards; Proficiency in handling and solving complex problems; Maintaining confidentiality of information; Light work – lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
