Requirements: Four years of hospitality, customer service, and management experience preferred; ability to develop team members; effective communication and listening skills to meet and exceed member and guest expectations; ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities; ability to create and manage SOPs for all departments.
