Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage operations within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment; proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, drive revenue growth, and experience in P&L management; strong background in leading, mentoring, and developing teams with a focus on employee engagement; ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and late hours; ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/reach/carry 30+ pounds occasionally.
