Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: 2+ years relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment; high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong team leadership skills and ability to thrive in a competitive team environment; strong work ethic and enthusiastic team player; connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits: competitive hourly base rate, commission, earning potential of $60,000-$80,000 annually
