Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; leadership experience required, preferably in a food service environment; flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in selecting, training, and managing staff; proficient in sales building, labor allocation and scheduling, and managing expenses; knowledgeable in all areas of store operations, including foodservice; ability to implement change effectively and drive execution; Serve Safe Certification; exceptional customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training skills; willingness to relocate as needed preferred
