Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is a renowned sports bar and restaurant that fuels moments worth sharing for its guests and team members, creating a lifetime experience. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a team of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants to ensure top-notch restaurant performance and guest engagement.
Requirements: Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct a team, drive change, and prioritize training and development.
