Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Responsible for managing the restaurant, including planning, directing, and coordinating all operations and personnel management to ensure quality product and guest services. The role involves monitoring job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, sales, HR issues, and bar management while maintaining budgeted food and beverage costs and increasing bar sales.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations, including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety; understanding of cost and labor systems for restaurant profitability; excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting; ability to lead large groups of people; at least 3 years of current experience as a Restaurant FOH Manager in a full-service concept.
