Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Smurfit Westrock is offering an Assistant General Manager position at one of their flagship plants in Chattanooga, TN, with the opportunity to train and become a General Manager in the Recycle Division. The role involves managing all aspects of the facility, including operations, compliance, safety, business development, and employee management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of work experience required; experience in the recycling & waste industry a plus; supervisory/leadership experience a plus; willingness to relocate for advancement in 12 to 24 months
