Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Sahm’s Hospitality Group, located in the Nora neighborhood, is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to support the General Managers at two of their restaurants. The ideal candidate must have relevant restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to success.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to work in various restaurant roles including Host, Server, Bartender, Expo, and Shift Lead; Must be at least 21 years old; Possess a liquor license and Safe Serve Certification; Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including varied shifts and weekends; Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication skills with team members and customers; Comfortable with following instructions, policies, menus, and brand standards
