Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is currently seeking an Assistant Manager for their restaurant locations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the kitchen, managing service in the dining room, estimating food and beverage usage, placing orders, and handling cash and charge receipts. They will ensure food preparation quality, address customer complaints, maintain cleanliness standards, enforce safety and liquor laws, recruit and train staff, and create work schedules. This position involves standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 30 to 50 pounds, and engaging in physical activities like pushing, pulling, and stretching.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management preferred; ability to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations; strong organizational and communication skills
