Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Burger Lounge is seeking Assistant General Managers to join their team. Tips averaging $4-6 are provided on top of the hourly rate, with an Instant Pay benefit allowing employees to get paid the day after work. Requirements: 1+ year of recent restaurant supervisor experience; Strong customer service personality and skills. Exhibits leadership potential; Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred; Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers; Current Food Handlers Card. ServSafe preferred.
