Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience; Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations; Strong problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and other required software programs; Real Estate License required within six (6) months of starting the position and must be maintained throughout employment with JLL
