Position: Assistant General Manager

The venue offers event spaces, including a 200-person patio, and a professional catering team for tailored events. Known for its versatile event hosting capabilities and a la carte dining experience.
Requirements: Experience in managing daily operations and coordinating with vendors; Proficiency in staff scheduling and maintaining excellent customer service standards; Skills in inventory management, event operations management, and executing marketing strategies; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; Experience in the food and beverage industry required
