Position: Assistant General Manager

About: Centennial is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to support the overall operation of a shopping center, including accounting and asset management responsibilities. The role involves preparing budgets and business plans, prospecting for merchants, overseeing the leasing program, maintaining retail relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction and tenant sales to increase the Center’s value.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; ability to lead and influence diverse groups; adept in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; highly proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of software and financial models like MRI, Yardi; demonstrate flexibility, agility, and alignment with company values; willingness to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
