Position: Assistant General Manager
About: McDonald’s is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant, overseeing internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, and supporting the General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards in various areas including the kitchen, people management, and customer service.
Requirements: HSD or GED preferred; 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service; a passion for helping and serving others; a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace; strong customer service and support focus; the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
