Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Green Thumb is a company on a mission to promote well-being through the power of cannabis. They are hiring an Assistant General Manager for their RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team in driving results and delivering positive consumer experiences. This role will involve assisting the General Manager in leading activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development, offering a fast-track to growth and a developmental step to General Manager.
Requirements: At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations; Cannabis experience preferred; Inventory control experience preferred; Meet scheduling and availability requirements; Must be 21 years or older; Must pass required background checks; Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID; Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb; Must have a solid understanding of Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations
