Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Accredited Residential Manager (Institute of Real Estate Management) or Certified Apartment Manager (Building Owners and Management Association) preferred; Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Knowledge of Entrata preferred; Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines; Excellent customer service skills; Effective communication in a fast-paced environment
