Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Wendy’s Restaurant Managers play a crucial role in the restaurant’s leadership and management team, providing direction, training, and expertise to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and business goals are achieved during each shift. They help run a million-dollar business with high energy and standards, cultivate a team atmosphere, and contribute to developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management; proficiency in Wendy’s operating systems and procedures, policies, supervisory practices, interviewing, orientation, and training programs; knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
