About: The Meeting Street Inn, located at 173 Meeting St Charleston, SC – 29401, is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to oversee the successful operation and administration of the Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping departments. The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining financial accuracy and maximizing department profitability. This role involves supervision, training, coaching, and policy implementation to maintain professional hotel operations and a positive community presence.
Requirements: College degree and three years of related experience in hotel operations; strong verbal and written communication skills; significant attention to detail; strong understanding of hotel profitability and budget process; computer skills required with experience in Hotel information systems preferred
