Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Hardee’s restaurant is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager (GM) in directing daily operations in alignment with the Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise, while exemplifying CKE’s Core Values. The AGM plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability, by recruiting, training, and coaching top talent.
Requirements: High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) required; associate degree or higher preferred; minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; flexible schedule required including days, nights, and weekends; effective communication skills; customer-focused mindset; ability to develop and motivate team members; accountable for performance standards
