Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Bass Pro Shops, a retail company, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the GM with store merchandising, operations, inventory control, customer service, financial efficiency, and leadership development.
Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years experience in big box, high volume management with responsibility for Sales Departments. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, interpret reports, conduct meetings, and maintain effective relationships. Proficiency with PC-based applications and inventory management systems. Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of servant leadership.
