Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role involves hiring and leading a team dedicated to ensuring consistent guest satisfaction through quality food, excellent customer service, and a clean store environment. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for staff training, communication of company goals, inventory management, financial analysis, and overall store performance.
