Position: Assistant General Manager

About: SpringHill Suites, a hotel located in an ideal location, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist in the day-to-day leadership and direction of the hotel, maximizing financial returns, developing people, creating unique guest experiences, and maintaining brand standards.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Management required; 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry with previous supervisory experience; advanced knowledge of the hospitality industry and business management fields; ability to lead and be a role model for team members; knowledge of budget development, financial analysis, and revenue management; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
