Position: Assistant General Manager

About: This job posting is for a Taco Bell franchisee, an independent business owner affiliated with Taco Bell Corporation. The Assistant General Manager will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to ensure smooth operations, meet Taco Bell standards, and provide exceptional customer service in a safe and friendly environment. This role involves overseeing team members, shift managers, inventory, financial accountability, and food quality.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility; basic computer literacy; preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager role; at least 18 years old; pass background check and drug test; reliable transportation; basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
