Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Hyatt Place Riverfront is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and support the General Manager. The role involves directing and coordinating activities to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards, with a focus on the property’s mission and stakeholders.
Requirements: 3-5 years of hotel experience required; A College Degree, Diploma in Hotel Management or related field with experience preferred; Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision, and problem resolution strongly desired; Excellent computer system skills; Strong management and delegation abilities; Ability to speak and write English clearly; Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
