Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Chicken Salad Chick is a fast-growing regional chain in the Quick Casual Restaurant segment, offering a unique restaurant career opportunity with a focus on work-life balance. As a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick, you will lead and coordinate the implementation of strategies to achieve sales, cost control, and customer satisfaction objectives while ensuring compliance with operational standards at a CSC location.
Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines; Ability to function independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment; Ability to navigate challenging situations and provide appropriate guidance; Effective interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution skills; Ability to manage confidential information and maintain its integrity; Managers, if hired, will be required to partake in a 2-week training in Atlanta, Georgia; Must have a valid Food Managers Certification and knowledge of local health and safety standards; Must be able to pass a background screener based on the company’s matrix; Must complete all competencies at the Shift Leader and Team Member levels; Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong understanding of administrative processes, including financial management; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must have reliable transportation; Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to assess and provide input on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and employee relations
