Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, located at 2548 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, New York, 10710, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their team. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is an industry leader in the Dine-In Theater space, providing a unique combination of movies, special presentations, creative food made from scratch, and a variety of beverages, all under one roof.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of successful management experience in the Restaurant and/or ‘Eatertainment’ industry in a similar role; experience managing financial and P&L responsibilities; basic knowledge of Legal and HR issues related to the hospitality industry; basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and G-Suite) required; strong communication skills; passion for building a successful and joyful work environment
