Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Buffalo Wild Wings, a popular sports bar and restaurant chain known for its energetic atmosphere and legendary experiences, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role involves managing Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure top-notch guest service and engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct others, facilitate change, and prioritize team training and development.
