Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: One to three years of retail management experience; exceptional oral and written communication skills; proven leadership ability; comprehensive understanding of the retail industry; ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives; positive attitude and professional conduct; comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment; ‘Guest First’ mindset; ability to interpret documents and safety rules; physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and noise levels; must be at least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
