Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Residence Inn Boston Downtown/South End, a Colwen Hotels property, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join their team. The hotel is part of a hospitality group focused on innovation and enriching guest experiences, with a portfolio of 40 hotels across 10 states. The Assistant General Manager role involves leading day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for hotel associates.
Requirements: 3+ years hotel management experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; passion for hospitality and service; attention to detail and organizational skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; supervisory and leadership skills; extensive knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; ability to multi-task and work under pressure
