About: Premium Velocity Auto/Jiffy Lube (PVA) is a company offering automotive services and fast-paced retail experiences. They are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager with prior Retail Service Management experience to support the General Manager in ensuring the overall success of the store’s operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of retail management experience; ability to perform job responsibilities; basic mathematical ability; ability to communicate effectively in English; efficient computer skills; ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; excellent customer service and communication skills; attention to detail; proven leadership skills; dedication to safety protocols; willingness to undergo training and growth mindset; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
