Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry; strong leadership skills in directing operational efforts, ensuring financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness; ability to follow standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives; experience in selecting, training, and supervising restaurant team members
