Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Gotham FC, a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team representing New Jersey and New York, plays at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. They are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach to achieve team, sporting, and business objectives in the soccer operations office and practice facility in Whippany, New Jersey.
Requirements: B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience in a leadership role at a sports organization; 5+ years’ experience in the technical, sporting, or analytics department of a soccer team or youth organization; demonstrated ability leading a multi-disciplinary team; strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred
