Position: Assistant General Manager
About: TJ Maxx Distribution Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team and contribute to the growth of the company. The Distribution Center plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations to support various well-known retail brands under TJX Companies.
Requirements: 7-10 years of related experience directly reporting to Sr. Managers; Experience overseeing large, diverse teams of 400+ hourly Associates; Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to interpret and communicate policies & procedures clearly; Strong computer skills including WMS, Windows/MS Office (Word & Excel); Must be able to relocate in the future
