Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Assistant General Manager position at Dave & Buster’s involves providing overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected areas under the guidance of the General Manager. Requirements: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager; be a Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion; demonstrate the ability to achieve expected store financial results; possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the business; have excellent teaching, coaching, and decision-making skills; be able to inspire a team and maintain high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
