Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role requires strong, positive, vocal leaders centered on mirroring the vision and direction of the company and of the General Manager. Assistant GMs must be hands-on leaders, providing positive communication and direction throughout the shift. AGMs must understand the company standards and hold employees accountable to those standards.
Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs for inventory and stocking; Must have working knowledge of computers; Must agree to a background and credit check; Must be eligible to work in the United States; Must possess a valid driver’s license; Must have a manager’s Food Safety Certificate; Bilingual a plus
