Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Aba, a Mediterranean restaurant with a California influence, is opening its Nashville location in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood in the summer of 2025. Led by Top Chef Alum Chef Partner CJ Jacobson, this will be Aba’s fourth location, following others in Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, and Miami, FL. Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is the hiring company for an Assistant General Manager role at Aba in Nashville.
Requirements: 5+ years of restaurant management experience; 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant; skilled in leading and developing teams; experienced with inventory and BOH systems
