Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: At least 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Long hours sometimes required; Warm and friendly demeanor at all times; Effective communication skills both verbally and written; Ability to multitask and prioritize functions to meet deadlines; Cooperative and attentive approach in guest and employee interactions; Regular attendance and adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Physical ability for light work tasks
