Requirements: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory level position; A minimum of 5 years experience in Full Service Dining; Strong multitasking and managerial abilities; Diligent work ethic and sense of urgency; Clean and professional appearance; Ability to forecast and anticipate guest and team needs; Knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine is a plus; Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
