Requirements: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory level position; a minimum of 5 years experience in a Full Service Dining environment; strong multitasking abilities and managerial skills; diligent work ethic and sense of urgency; clean and professional appearance; ability to forecast and anticipate guest and team needs; knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine is a plus; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
